Alarm Definitions

Never fear the alarms! Here are all of the alarms you will see in the Engage platform.

At Subeca, alarms can be generated from the Subeca endpoint devices, the meters connected to the endpoints, or the cloud. Sometimes the same alarm can be generated by more than one source, and we de-duplicate them so you only see one alarm type active at a given time for a device.

If you have any questions surrounding alarms, reach out to support@subeca.com. We’re happy to help!
