How Do I Restart My Subeca Device?

If you're experiencing issues with your Subeca device or need to reconnect to a network, restarting it can solve common problems. Follow these steps to reset your Subeca device using the Subeca Engage mobile app:

1. Open the Subeca Engage Mobile App

  • Ensure your smartphone/tablet is connected to the internet. 
  • Launch the Subeca app from your device.

2. Navigate to Troubleshooting 

  • In the app’s main menu, locate and select the “Troubleshooting” option

3. Connect to Your Device 

  • The app will prompt you to connect to your Subeca device. 
  • Select the device and follow the on-screen instructions to establish a connection.

4. Click Reset

  • Once connected, locate the “Reset” option
  • Tap “Reset” to initiate a restart of you Subeca device. 

Additional Tips

  • If the device does not respond after resetting, try closing and re-opening the app and repeating the steps.
