Returning Subeca Devices

This guide will walk you through preparing your devices to return to Subeca. Regardless of your reason for returning, our goal is to make returns a simple process.

Inform your Subeca representative

Your Subeca representative will complete internal processes to generate your return shipment label and get a new device shipped out if necessary, as well as answer any questions you may have.

Disassociate your device

Within the Engage web platform, disassociate the device from your billing account. Because we value your account security, the disassociation must be completed by your team. If you do not see this option, please contact support@subeca.com to have it enabled for you.


To disassociate a device:

  1. Open and log into the Subeca Engage web platform.
  2. On the left navigation, select Administration, then Customer Accounts.
  3. Find the account tied to the device you are returning, and select Edit in the Actions column.
  4. Click the Dissociate Device button to remove the connection between your meter and this device.

Ship your device back to Subeca

Attach the label provided by Subeca to the box containing your device, and drop off with the provided carrier to return to us.
