Does API access come with an additional cost?
Yes, API access has an additional cost. If you would like API access, or are not sure of your current plan levels, contact your Subeca representative.
How do I enable API Access?
For security, only your initial Administrator can enable this feature if it is included in your plan. If you do not know who your administrator is, contact support@subeca.com.
How do I generate my API key?
As the administrator, you will see API Access in the sidebar Menu under Administration. Once you click API access, you will see an Enable button. Click that and click Yes on the confirmation popup to enable the API access. Now that you have enabled API access, click the Create New API Key to generate your API Key.
What if I lose my API key?
For security, Subeca does not store your API key. You can generate a new API key via the same method, which will revoke your previous API key.
Can I generate multiple API keys?
No, at this time you can only have one active API key at a time.
What are the usage limits of the API?
The API usage limit is 50 requests per minute, up to 10,000 requests per day.
