Why isn't my address populating when adding a Property?

When creating a new property, the dropdown options may not appear quite right. We utilize a third party service to identify addresses in the Engage platform, which occasionally has errors or delays in address updates.

If you are entering an address and the dropdown is not showing the correct option, select the option that displays the correct street address and zip code, as those determine the GPS coordinates used throughout the rest of the platform.

As a shorthand, you can enter just those two values:

Enter: Street Address Zip Code
