Navigation and Platform Options
Introduction to the sidebar navigation and display options in the Engage Web platform.
Navigation Options
Administration: Creation of Accounts, Customers, and Properties, as well as managing your internal users, API Access, and installation settings.
Network: Gateway to the Network Summary, where you can view your fleet's overall network and device health, and proactively manage alarms across your portfolio.
Customers: View all of your Accounts, including real-time reads and monthly overviews, and create Workplan tasks to keep your fleet in tip-top shape.
Reports: View and export the Communications report for all of your devices, for a set time period.
Workplans: Module to plan, assign, and complete workplan tasks, such as manual reads, meter installs, and ad hoc tasks.
Billing: Configure and export your Billing report, ideal for import into your existing billing system.
Tip: You can pin and unpin the side navigation by clicking the ⭕ next to the Subeca logo!
Platform Options
Dark Mode (web only): Select the moon icon in the top bar 🌙 to flip to dark mode. Select the sun icon 🔆 to flip back to light mode.
